Girls-only Adventures

Adventure knows no gender. Yet, sometimes it thrives without the presence of men.

A group of women on a volcanic peak at sunrise in Bali

Sunrise at Mount Batur, Bali. 20 women climbed 1,717 metres in the dark. None knew each other until 8 days ago. But in this moment, as the sun breaks through the clouds, each knows she is exactly where she needs to be.

Girls-only adventures at PANIC Frame are not retreats. They're not spas. They are full-fledged expeditions where the only difference is that the group is female.

Expeditions for women only. Adventure, sisterhood, and not a single compromise.

We take women to Bali and Tenerife (for now). The itineraries match the intensity of mixed groups. The difference lies in the dynamics. No explanations, no proving, no competition. Just an adventure shared among women who have chosen to be here.

  • Full-on expeditions lasting 12-13 days

  • Groups of 20-22 women with female guides

  • Physically active routes (hiking, surfing, water activities)

  • Evenings filled with conversations, no phones

Where We Travel Together
